About leMEDIA
At the core of Lauren Erlandson's journey and the essence of leMEDIA lies a profound belief in thinking beyond what is currently possible with a resolute commitment to the triple-bottom-line philosophy of people, planet, and profitability.
The development of this agency is a testament to her dedication to crafting marketing campaigns that not only satisfy client ROI expectations but also embrace the values of doing good. This holistic approach has been the driving force behind Lauren's endeavors, making her a trusted advocate for brands that focus on health, holistic wellness, and sustainability in niche markets.
Lauren was a key team member behind a New York-based powerhouse agency, driving sponsored brand experiences such as the American Express Unstaged Concert Series, Tribeca Film Festival, and New York Fashion Week, which pioneered overlaying digital activations with in-person events, breaking new ground in connecting audiences with their favorite athletes, brand ambassadors and artists with live performances in real-time.
Working with "influencers" before the word influencer was in the vocabulary, she also played an instrumental role in the media strategy and advertising technology supporting the inaugural Small Business Saturday campaign, which has since become a nationally recognized holiday, celebrating and supporting small businesses across the country.
Later in her career, Lauren led an in-house marketing team for a luxury jewelry retailer with over 30 locations throughout the Caribbean and LATAM. In this role, she masterfully orchestrated brand-sponsored in-store and off-site events, for brands including Breitling, OMEGA, Hublot, and Tiffany & Co. at locations such as the St. Thomas International Regatta and Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay. These initiatives not only heightened brand recognition in the regions but also underscored her passion for creating interactive brand experiences.
“We prioritize doing good. But from start to finish, it’s our mission is to DO IT BETTER, FIRST.”
